We have an exciting opportunity for a PA to the Director role in a London based Education Management company that fosters educational linkages between China and the UK by offering first-rate services such as counselling potential students and assisting them in obtaining chances from UK independent schools.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this position will be to create documents, briefings, reports, and demonstrations, as well as to organise meetings and ensure that the Director is properly prepared for them.
Qualifications
* Education or professional experience in the United Kingdom is desirable.
* Preferably bilingual in Mandarin and English.
* Possess excellent interpersonal and customer support skills.
* The capacity to operate under duress and adhere to strict deadlines.
* Assertiveness and adaptability in the workplace, including flexible working hours.
* Ability to collaborate and interact with individuals from various backgrounds and levels.
* Able to establish the legal right to work in the United Kingdom under the Immigration, Asylum, and Nationality Act of 2006.
* 1 year of employment experience as a PA (preferred).
