We’re working with a friendly, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Wolverhampton that’s looking for a Biology Cover Supervisor to join them straight away.
This is a full-time, long-term role, perfect if you’re after something consistent where you can settle in, build relationships, and really make a difference day to day.
The science department is supportive, well-organised, and full of staff who are always happy to help, no being left to figure things out on your own.

What your day will look like
You’ll be delivering pre-set Biology lessons and keeping things running smoothly:
* Leading KS3 and KS4 classes using prepared materials
* Keeping students engaged, focused, and on task
* Managing behaviour with confidence and consistency
* Supporting students as they work through lesson content
* Working closely with a collaborative and welcoming science team

What we’re looking for
You don’t need to be a qualified teacher, but confidence is key.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work)
* Has a genuine interest in Biology or Science
* Builds rapport easily and keeps students motivated
* Stays calm, organised, and positive in the classroom
* Is keen to gain valuable school-based experience
