*Chef de Partie – Pebble Beach & Little Pebbles*
Pebble Beach is an award-winning restaurant with rooms, beautifully positioned in Barton on Sea, Hampshire, between Bournemouth and Southampton. Known for its relaxed coastal atmosphere, creative menus, and exceptional standards, we’re now looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and work alongside our fantastic chef, Sam Hughes.
This exciting role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, work with a passionate team, and progress towards a more senior position in the future.
*What We’re Looking For*
We’re seeking an ambitious, hardworking chef who is eager to learn and grow. Experience in a 2-Rosette kitchen would be an advantage, but what matters most is a strong work ethic, a genuine passion for food, and a positive, team-focused attitude.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Prepare and cook dishes in line with recipes and quality standards.
* Organise and maintain your section, ensuring it’s fully stocked and ready for service.
* Deliver consistent food presentation and timing during busy service periods.
* Adhere to all food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
* Maintain a clean, organised workstation in line with EHO regulations.
* Support and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
*Skills & Experience*
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (mininum 1 year experience)
* Sound knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and culinary terminology.
* Ability to perform under pressure without compromising standards.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Great communication skills and a genuine team player.
