Pre-Construction Manager – Dartford – £70,000–£75,000 Our client, a progressive main contractor based in Dartford, is looking to appoint a Pre-Construction Manager to join a newly established pre-construction division. This division has been set up in response to a significant increase in workload, and they are seeking an experienced professional to help get it off the ground. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded individual to manage projects from bid stage through to site start, before handing over to a Delivery Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping processes, ensuring compliance with building safety regulations, and delivering projects efficiently.
