We’re working with a professional services business seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract, as an Employee Relations Specialist.
About you:
* Strong ER background - able to demonstrate a broad range of cases managed (from simple to complex)
* Confident in managing ER issues from start to resolution
* Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, remote environment
* Collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
* Currently located in the UK
* Available immediately
Key Details:
* Contract: 6-month FTC
* Location: Hybrid with occasional travel to Darlington required
* Focus: Employee Relations – handling a range of ER cases, supporting line managers, ensuring best practice
* Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
