About This Job Opportunity
CloudPay is looking for an Associate Ireland Payroll & Implementation Specialist to join our in‑house Implementation team.
Main Responsibilities
* Learn all aspects of Ireland Implementation
* Learn all aspects of Ireland Payroll
* Process multiple Payroll and Implementations on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently
* Provide support to clients on all payroll related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a back‑up covering for holidays or emergencies
* Maintain payroll information and records on the CloudPay payroll application
* Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
* Prioritise client’s payroll and deliver payrolls as required
* Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence and other written materials for compliance with statutory Irish authorities
* Compile and file required reports for relevant government agencies
Experience Needed For This Role
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades 9–4 (or equivalent), including Maths and English
* Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
* Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail
* Strong organisational and multi‑tasking skills to meet deadlines
* Team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
