Bate and Albon are seeking an administrative assistant or legal secretary to support the Property Dispute Resolution department.
Responsibilities
* Opening and closing files, ID checks, scanning
* Setting up bank transfers, ordering searches, preparing and sending bills
* Communicating with clients and other parties
* Preparing letters and court forms, audio typing
* General administrative support including photocopying and sending out post
Requirements
This role is based in our Brighton office. We are open to candidates seeking a part-time arrangement of three or more days per week. Prior experience is desirable.
