We're looking for ambitious recent graduates to join Qurated - a fast-scaling consultancy and executive search firm. With some experience post-graduation, you'll be ready to build your career, either transitioning from another field or as a first leap into the commercial world.
In this role, you’ll build relationships with senior professionals, support live client projects, contribute to new business opportunities, and work on expanding our network. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and offers clear career progression. You’ll work across multiple industries and business areas, gaining exposure and commercial skills from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
* Developing your understanding of the industries we work in – financial services, legal, and insurance – through market research, networking and delivery.
* Building relationships with senior candidates to understand their experience, drivers, and commercial fit.
* Supporting senior team members with projects, candidate pipelining, and pitch preparation.
* Sharing insights with the team to strengthen delivery and business development.
* Attending internal and industry events to build market knowledge and connections.
What we’re looking for:
* A 2:1 degree (or equivalent) with 6-24 months of post-uni experience (grad scheme, industry experience or similar)
* Clear evidence of drive – entrepreneurial, sporting or something else you're proud of.
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage senior professionals early on.
* A proactive mindset and willing to take ownership of learning and growth
* Resilience, consistency and attention to detail
