Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.
Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated Children's Home Team at Bayview. In this role, you will work in a nurturing environment, supporting a maximum of four young people aged 8-18 who face social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist the Registered Manager in leading daily operations to enhance the lives of our young residents.
* Ensure our home maintains its 'Outstanding' or 'Good' Ofsted ratings through continuous improvement.
* Provide a safe, secure, and positive environment for children and young adults.
* Deputize for the Registered Manager when needed.
* Maintain compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
* A full UK driving license.
* Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People is essential.
* A passion for supporting young people in their journey towards success.
