A leading industrial manufacturing organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Production & Operations Manager to oversee and drive performance across multiple business units within a dynamic production environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end production and operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
* Manage daily plant operations, including fabrication processes, manpower, and equipment performance
* Implement and monitor KPIs (productivity, downtime, cost control, quality metrics)
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, cost optimization)
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality systems
* Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and preventive maintenance programs
* Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, sales, design, and maintenance teams
* Lead, mentor, and develop production teams while fostering a positive work environment

🎯 Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)

* Strong expertise in metal fabrication processes and machinery
* Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools
* Solid leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO systems are a plus
