Are you a hands-on, customer-focused IT Support Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? We're partnering with a successful end-user organisation in Doncaster that is expanding its internal IT function and looking for a reliable, proactive engineer to join their team.
This is an ideal role for someone with solid 1st and 2nd Line support experience who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and working closely with end users. If you've had exposure to ERP environments, that's a real bonus-but not essential.
The Role
As the IT Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day technical support across the business. You'll handle a mix of 1st and 2nd Line queries, maintain internal systems, and assist with small projects and upgrades. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your technical skill set in a friendly, growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide 1st & 2nd Line technical support across hardware, software, networks, and peripherals
2. Manage and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
3. Support user onboarding, device setup, and account administration
