Hove and Adur Sea Cadets are seeking enthusiastic volunteers with management, governance, or trustee experience to make a positive impact on local young people's lives.
What you will do
As part of our Management Team, you will ensure the safety, success, and sustainability of our unit. Your responsibilities include health & safety, insurance, fundraising, governance, and resource management. The team meets approximately every 6 weeks for 1-2 hours.

* Teamwork ability
* Experience in leadership, governance, or management (preferred)
* Understanding of small charities or willingness to learn
* Ability to take lead in specific areas
