About the opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Senior Business & Management Lecturer to deliver Level 3-7 Management qualifications. The successful candidate will be working in the Business Faculty Team, in a role that offers a lot of responsibility and fast career progression.
Your supervised duties will include:
1. Delivery of qualifications on a group basis
2. Supporting learners undertaking Qualifications Level 3 – 7
3. Assessing and assisting learners in producing assignments for submission
4. Providing information and guidance to the learners
5. Working to specific quality and completion of targets
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required for the Management Tutor:
1. Recognised Management Qualification
2. Experience of delivering and assessing Strategic Management Qualifications to Level 3 – 7
3. Vocational competence within Management
4. Strong management & leadership knowledge
5. A well-organised, inspirational delivery lecturer
6. The ability to work with candidates at all levels to ensure that they successfully complete qualifications
7. Supportive, tactful and patient
Experience Level Requirements:
1. Have experience as a leadership, management, and business skills trainer
2. Experience in managing the assessment process (assignments)
3. Academic qualifications: Master or PhD in Business
