About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our hard-working,highly successfulteam.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the person will oversee theday to dayactivities of the operational workforce, covering all aspects of waste management, health and safety,complianceand routine administration duties.
This is a dynamic and fast pacedroleand you will have the confidence to handle any challenge that comes your way toassistinmaintainingoperations. You will need to be decisive, be able to manage competing priorities and balance this by reflecting on and implementing key changes to ensure continuous improvement.
You will need
* Full driving licence to be able to drive a range of vehicles up to and including 3.5 tonnes gross weight
* Experience in office environment / similar or related role
* Experience of managing a team
