If you’re an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) or Administrator who is looking for a rewarding and varied role that will make good use of your interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, then come join St Neots Neurological Centre as Personal Assistant and Lead Administrator to the Care Centre Director.
You will manage the commitments of the Care Centre Director, ensuring key tasks and priorities are effectively managed and completed such as managing their diary, preparing presentations, organising meetings, visits and venues, and minute taking.
You will organise, allocate and supervise a team of administrators to provide optimum support for the effective and smooth running of the service.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate diaries, schedule and administer regular management meetings including note‑taking and action trackers.
* Ensure effective administration of all complaints, compliments and feedback within the service.
* Organise travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Produce presentations.
* Process expenses, invoices and credit‑card reconciliation.
* Perform general administrative tasks – post, filing, dealing with telephone enquiries.
* Provide holiday and absence cover for other PAs/EAs as and when required.
* Undertake any other tasks that are reasonable and align to your level of responsibility.
* Act as IT lead for the site, liaising with the central IT team.
* Oversee the recruitment of administrative staff, ensuring appropriate deployment for the effective running of the Home, including oversight of various departments such as training and development, HR, nursing rota administration, recruitment and reception.
Qualifications
* Significant administration experience at executive and senior management level (board experience would be an advantage).
* Highly organised with a friendly and professional approach.
* Able to anticipate and fulfil requests.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt writing style according to audience.
* Work positively and flexibly across a range of tasks simultaneously.
* Computer literate.
* Excellent diary and time‑management skills.
* Capable of working independently.
* High level of confidentiality and discretion.
* Enjoy supporting others, with a caring nature and resilience.
