We are currently recruiting for a Stock Controller to join a busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining stock integrity and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Duties:
* Maintain effective inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock records within the warehouse.
* Review and analyse reporting capabilities within Microsoft AX/D365, producing trackers and KPIs as required.
* Release work to the warehouse function (e.g., picking jobs).
* Manage quarantine, aged and slow-moving stock in line with company procedures.
* Support system upgrades and process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation at all times.
* Support performance development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in inventory control within a warehouse environment.
* Functional knowledge of Microsoft D365 (desirable).
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills with the ability to extract and manipulate data.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
* Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* VNA license (desirable).
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday - 20:00 to 06:00 (40 hours per week)
Flexibility may occasionally be required.
Pay Rate:
£15.92 per hour
