What you’ll be doing:
* Deliver high standards of professional practice and clinical care in orthopaedic surgeries.
* Lead and coordinate the theatre team, ensuring a positive working environment.
* Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
* Implement and promote research-based nursing and clinical practices.
What we’re looking for:
* Current NMC or HCPC registration.
* Qualified RGN or ODP with strong major orthopaedic skills, such as joint and shoulder replacements.
* Experience in a similar role or looking to step up.
* A team player with excellent communication and mentorship skills.
