Responsibilities

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
* Participate in team management by collaborating effectively with kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation to minimise waste.
* Follow instructions from senior chefs and contribute ideas for menu development and improvements.
* Engage in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Requirements
* Previous kitchen experience is essential, with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Culinary experience or formal training is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Supervising experience or team management skills will be advantageous.
