My client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner at relatively short notice for a fixed term contract of 9-12 months, based in West Yorkshire.
As a key member of the HR Business Partnering team, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across the Business in a generalist capacity, to deliver the people strategy and support transformational change. You’ll provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, organisational design, and leadership development, while also managing and developing a talented HR Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
* Partnering with senior leaders to deliver the annual people and organisational plan.
* Leading on complex ER, TUPE, and change management programmes.
* Coaching and developing line managers and HR team members.
* Using HR metrics and industry insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborating with L&D and Talent teams to build a strong leadership pipeline.
* Championing employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance management.
What We’re Looking For
* An experienced HR Generalist with experience in a senior HR role, including a true business partnering approach.
* Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
* Proven employee relations experience including TUPE.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
* Culture change experience.
* Commercially astute with a data-driven approach to HR.
