Job Title: Fabrication & Welding InstructorLocation: HullSalary: Up to £38,000 (Industry Professionals) / Up to £39,000 (Qualified Teachers)Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent

What We're Looking For:
* Industry experience in welding, pipe fitting, plating, or sheet metal work (expertise in at least one is essential)
* Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Fabrication and Welding
* A full UK driving licence
* A passion for sharing knowledge and developing others
Teaching qualifications are not required. If you're new to education, we will fully fund and support your journey to become a qualified instructor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality workshop and classroom-based instruction
* Support learners across a range of skill levels (Level 1 to Level 4)
* Develop engaging and industry-relevant training sessions
* Guide learners through practical assessments and theory-based learning
