At 20:20 Innovation, we have an exciting opportunity in our sales team as we are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for contacting prospective clients and generating new sales opportunities.

Role Description

The Outbound SDR role is a full-time role, working at our 20:20 Innovation office in Coleshill, 3 days a week and 2 days from home. The successful candidate will work closely with our BDM and New Sales Team Lead to generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound activities, booking high-quality meetings.


We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate a positive attitude, has excellent attention to detail and who has the drive to consistently have meaningful conversations with prospective clients. As a small but rapidly expanding business, we require someone who learns quickly, is able to master consultative selling techniques and provides a first-class experience to every potential customer over the phone.


Success in this role requires an excellent attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to engage potential clients with confidence and curiosity. You will thrive by taking a proactive approach to identify, qualify and drive new sales opportunities that will help grow our client base.



Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal, as time will be spent making outbound calls
* Strong written communication skills for crafting personalised outreach messages
* Ability to demonstrate a positive, resilient attitude and handle rejection confidently
* Ability to prioritise and manage own time effectively, and maintain high activity levels
* Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented
* Resilient, energetic, and confident in making a high volume of outbound calls
* Curious and coachable
* Highly driven to succeed both individually and as a team
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong IT skills – proficient user of MS Office packages
* Ability to think on your feet and answer questions with ease
* Knowledge of CRM is desirable
