In this key leadership role, you’ll manage a team of Call Handlers supporting their network of customers across the UK. You’ll ensure that every call reflects their values and delivers the best possible service to clients. About the Role: As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day performance, motivation, and development of your team. Working closely with the Contact Centre Manager, you’ll help maintain high standards in call handling, customer care, and operational efficiency.
