Youll build strong relationships with customers, help them identify their skills and strengths, and guide them in setting realistic, achievable goals. A key part of the role is boosting self-confidence and self-awareness, empowering people to recognise their potential and take positive steps towards their future.

1. Provide participants with Information Advice and Guidance on progression routes relating to individual participant needs
