Experience coordinating across multiple concurrent initiatives (desirable). Familiarity with compliance-driven or regulated delivery environments (desirable). Practical experience with responsive web design, information architecture, accessibility standards, and usability best practices (desirable). Responsibilities: Lead the exploration of business and user requirements, translating them into clear, well-defined solution concepts and design direction with strong attention to data quality and integrity. Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure shared understanding from discovery through to delivery, using clear communication and appropriate artefacts. Present options, impacts, and recommendations to support informed decisions, while maintaining traceability from business needs to delivered outcomes. Support internal testing, review, and assurance activities, ensuring delivered features remain aligned with the intended business outcomes and design decisions established during discovery.
