Are you able to provide specialist support to young people and create a lasting impact?
As a Specialist Dyslexia Tutor, you’ll be key in supporting and teaching young people in small groups and 1‑1. You’ll be screening students in Further Education with dyslexic tendencies, organising exam concessions, and supporting those with EHCPs.

About You
What are we looking for?
* Qualified teacher (DET, PGCE or Certificate in Education).
* Level 7 SPLD qualified Assessor although experience as a Dyslexia Teacher with lower relevant qualifications would be considered.
* Two years successful experience of teaching students with specific learning difficulties.
* Experience of leading and managing a team, although not essential.
* Safeguarding Knowledge and understanding.
* Experience of a range of conditions and their impact on learning.
* The ability to adapt and engage with learners.
