About the Role
Denbighshire County Council is recruiting two Training Coordinators to support the Working Denbighshire Programme, a key initiative within the Housing and Communities group. This temporary role is ideal for individuals with a passion for community development, training delivery, and empowering residents through education and skills building.
You’ll be based in Rhyl and work closely with the Communities & Customers team to coordinate and deliver training activities that support employability, personal development, and social inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver training sessions aligned with programme goals
* Engage with participants to assess needs and tailor learning pathways
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery
* Monitor attendance, progress, and outcomes using appropriate systems
* Support the development of training materials and resourcesProvide feedback and reporting to programme leads
* Uphold safeguarding, equality, and data protection standards
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in training coordination or delivery, ideally within housing or community settings
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to engage diverse groups and adapt training styles accordingly
* Comfortable using digital tools and systems to track progress and manage data
