About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Moffett Driver to join a busy and growing general haulage operation based in Bradford.
This role will involve delivering a variety of goods to commercial and residential locations, using a Moffett-mounted forklift to safely load and unload products. The position is predominantly day shifts, although occasional nights out may be required depending on customer and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle safely and efficiently
2. Complete deliveries and collections across the UK
3. Operate a Moffett-mounted forklift for loading and unloading
4. Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately
5. Conduct daily vehicle and Moffett safety checks
6. Secure loads correctly and comply with transport regulations
7. Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations
8. Maintain a professional and positive attitude when representing the company
Requirements
9. Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
10. Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
11. Valid Moffett Licence/Certificate
12. Previous Class 2 and Moffett experience preferred
13. Good understanding of UK road networks
14. Strong customer service and communication skills
15. Flexible approach to occasional nights out
