Designer - Must have façade/cladding experience
Location: Remote - travelling to sites in Hertfordshire & North London
Salary: £40, - £45,
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Responsibilities:
1. Create detailed drawings using relevant specifications.
2. Conduct site surveys and capture photos to support your designs.
3. Collaborate with Estimating, Commercial, and Site management teams to track design and quality issues.
4. Communicate with manufacturers, structural engineers, and architects as necessary.
Key responsibilities:
5. Monitor and revise assigned drawings efficiently.
6. Liaise with project teams and distribute essential documentation.
7. Resolve technical queries and recommend solutions.
8. Assist with site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
9. Ensure timely information is available for site setup from start to finish.
10. Train and advise site management and subcontractors as needed.
11. Measure and monitor KPIs for site management and subcontractors.
12. Attend regular meetings with site teams to stay aligned.
13. Update subcontractor database and facilitate procurement and ordering.
14. Compile information for relevant standards for clients and funders.
Must have:
15. Basic CSCS card required.
16. Essential experience with facades, EWI, cladding, and rainscreen.
17. Proficient in AutoCAD (3D AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit optional).
18. Competent in MS Excel, MS Word, Project Probe, and Outlook.
