Job Description
What you’ll do:
With this role, you will be supporting an adult with Chronic Kidney Disease in their home. This lady also has Addissons disease and is diabetic. You would be joining a team who make a real difference. Day and night shifts are available on this package.
Key Tasks with this role include:
* Administering medication
* Assisting with mobilising
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
This role requires a Registered Nurse with an up-to-date NMC Pin. We are looking for a nurse that is committed to providing the best possible care for the client, is self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring and compassionate. Previous complexnurse experience is essential.
