About the Role
We’re looking for a Service Leader to oversee one of our residential sites in the Western Sydney region. You’ll manage daily operations, lead a team of support staff, and drive high-quality, person-centred services.
You’ll work closely with your Senior Operations Managerand have strong internal support from rostering, recruitment, and workforce planning teams.
* Oversee day-to-day operations across our Vertica Village
* Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support
* Manage client caseloads and support individuals to achieve their goals
* Oversee rostering and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and continuity of care across all three sites
* Facilitate team meetings, practice supervision, and ongoing development
* Ensure services meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
* Model effective psychosocial support and risk management practices
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or other relevant qualification is essential
* Solid high physical support & psychosocialbackground or significant experience in aged care, high physical support, or complex care
* Strong leadership experience, with proven ability to lead multi-site teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
* Knowledge of community services, networks, and NDIS practices
* Passionate about improving the lives of people with disability
