Soft Services Manager
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
About the Role: You’re an experienced facilities professional who leads the day‑to‑day delivery of soft services at our client site. As the key point of contact for onsite teams and the client, you will coordinate activities across soft services and third‑party contractors, ensuring seamless, high‑standard service delivery and a safe, welcoming workplace.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Leading and supporting soft‑services teams to achieve consistently high performance.
* Overseeing specialist services delivered via sub‑contractors.
* Handling client escalations promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships.
* Ensuring compliance with food safety legislation and health & safety requirements.
* Managing stock levels for cleaning materials, disposables and catering supplies to guarantee continuity of service.
* Coordinating hospitality and event support, liaising with key stakeholders for smooth execution.
* Organising and monitoring reactive work requests, ensuring timely issue resolution.
About You
* Previous experience managing IFM bundled services, including cleaning and security.
* Highly motivated, proactive and committed to delivering first‑class customer service.
* Skilled at managing people and comfortable addressing performance or HR challenges.
* Effective communicator who can build rapport at all levels.
* Well‑organised with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
* IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Office.
* Driver with a full UK licence, flexible to support occasional out‑of‑hours requirements.
* Hold or previously held a SIA licence.
