THE EMPLOYER IS: POWERHOUSE PADEL LTD The Front of House team member / Level 1 Coach will help provide a clean and welcoming environment for players and guests. You will also deliver engaging and high-quality Padel Coaching for both individuals and groups at a beginner level. Training for Level 1 badge to be carried out with Powerhouse Padel.
Responsibilities
* Front of house customer service.
* Deliver coaching sessions in a professional and friendly manner.
* Make bookings and handle payments for sessions.
* Plan and organise high quality coaching sessions.
* Be able to administer basic first aid if required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Experience coaching or sports.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to lead and coach individuals and groups of all ages.
* Aability to motivate others.
* Basic IT Skills.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in tennis or other racket sports.
