Senior Building Surveyor at AtkinsRéalis
Join our Project & Programme Services team to work on some of the world’s most exciting and prestigious projects. Responsibilities
* Work across projects in different sectors and provide a range of building surveying duties, including feasibility studies, producing specifications, obtaining estimates, securing statutory approvals, and administering contracts for refurbishment projects.
* Apply standard forms of building contracts (e.g., JCT and NEC). Provide building surveying professional services.
* Mentor and train junior Building Surveyors in the APC programme.
* Understand and apply quality, safety, and environmental principles within project management.
* Support senior managers in day-to-day activities.
* Line manage junior Building Surveyors; carry out surveys, inspections, schedules, provide professional services, and manage schemes in the Southeast Region.
* Assist in developing fee proposals and contribute to bids.
