About the Role The Digital Marketing Manager will own the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact digital campaigns to drive lead generation and revenue. This is a hands-on and analytical role, ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is passionate about SaaS marketing. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution (50%) Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across LinkedIn (organic and paid), email marketing (Hubspot), and Google Ads. Work with external PPC agencies to optimize performance across paid channels. Manage day-to-day digital activities such as promoting live demos, newsletters, and updating the website. Budget Management & ROI Analysis (15%) Track and report on ad spend, conversion rates, and return on investment. Adjust budgets based on campaign performance and growth objectives. Performance Measurement & Reporting (30%) Monitor key KPIs including web traffic, lead conversions, and audience engagement. Regularly analyze data to test, iterate, and improve campaign strategies. Report progress to senior marketing leadership. Lead Generation Content (30%) Create and manage compelling content for digital channels (e.g. LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, Google Ads). Ensure consistency and quality across all messaging. Cross-functional Collaboration (20%) Work closely with sales, customer success, product, and external agencies. Support product launches and new feature rollouts. Contribute to internal enablement on LinkedIn best practices. About You 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role within a B2B SaaS environment. Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue via LinkedIn and Google Ads. Hands-on experience with Hubspot for email marketing, automation, and reporting. Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience in using tools like GA4. Excellent copywriting skills across a variety of content types. Experience using Canva, Asana, and Notion is a plus. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a bias for action.
