The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic individual to support our Sales and Marketing team with administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist in achieving sales targets through administrative support.
* Maintain organized documents, reports, and trackers.
* Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and audits.
* Manage partner invoicing and analyze monthly budgets.
* Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests.
* Draft and distribute clear communications.
* Manage the hotel RFP process efficiently.
* Load and update preferential rates accurately.
* Support senior leaders with diary management and meetings.
* Keep records updated and secure on shared drives.
* Ensure meticulous data entry and filing.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in administrative support within sales and marketing.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
