What You’ll Do
* Support digital and non-digital investigations, including misconduct, fraud, and high-risk cases, by preparing and managing evidence in line with legal and governance requirements
* Assist with Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and regulatory disclosures by identifying, collecting, and preparing data securely and within required timelines
* Help Legal and investigation teams by preparing datasets for eDiscovery and litigation, ensuring information is accurate, traceable, and compliant
* Manage the secure handling, organisation, archiving, and deletion of forensic data while maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability
* Support forensic examinations across devices, cloud platforms, and storage media, ensuring evidential integrity is maintained
* Contribute to the eDiscovery lifecycle, including data collection, processing, review preparation, and production
* Maintain clear documentation, audit trails, and case records to support investigations and legal proceedings
* Produce reports, metrics, and insights to support operational performance, governance, and decision-making
* Conduct and manage open-source intelligence (OSINT) activities to support investigations and risk assessments
* Support the administration of forensic tools and platforms, including cloud-based environments, ensuring systems are secure, available, and well‑managed
Who You Are
* Experience supporting digital forensics, eDiscovery, or investigative processes (typically 1–3 years or equivalent practical experience)
* A good understanding of eDiscovery and digital forensic principles, including how data is prepared and handled for legal and investigative use
* Familiarity with working on sensitive investigations, with the ability to handle data discreetly and responsibly
* Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, DPA, or similar, and a commitment to following compliant processes
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, especially when working with data, evidence, and documentation
* Experience or exposure to scripting or automation (e.g. PowerShell), cloud environments (such as AWS), or cyber/security teams is a plus
* Confident communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across different teams and levels
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills in a fast‑evolving environment
* Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience
* Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance (or willingness to undergo clearance)
* A collaborative and ethical approach, with a strong focus on doing the right thing and supporting team success
