We are working with a well-established, independent audiology clinic in Lewisham that is looking to recruit a Clinic Assistant / Wax Removal Technician to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service or healthcare background who is looking to develop clinical skills, with full training provided in microsuction wax removal.

The Role
This is a dual-function position, combining reception duties with clinical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical (Training Provided):
* Carry out microsuction wax removal (once trained)
* Support patients with ear care and basic hearing-related queries
* Maintain high standards of clinical care and hygiene
Reception / Administration:
* Welcome patients and provide a professional first impression
* Manage appointment bookings and clinic diary
* Handle phone and email enquiries
* Support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic

What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Strong customer service or patient-facing experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, reliable, and organised
* A caring, empathetic approach
Desirable
* Background in healthcare, audiology, dental, optical, or similar
* Experience in a clinic, reception, or customer-facing role
Training
* No prior microsuction experience required
* Full training will be provided for the right candidate

* Fully clinic-based role (no travel required)
