About the role...
As a Social and PR Manager you will lead on shaping and delivering a cohesive social media and PR strategy across a diverse brand portfolio. It’s a hands-on role that combines high-level planning with day-to-day content delivery, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both big-picture thinking and getting stuck into the detail.
You’ll be responsible for setting the tone across platforms, managing external communications, and building strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners. This role also involves team management, providing guidance and mentorship to help others grow. Based in Leeds with the occasional need to travel, they’re looking for a proactive, organised individual who can bring energy, commercial awareness, and fresh ideas to the table.
About you...
To be considered for this Social and PR Manager role we are looking for somebody who is confident, and a creative communicator with a strong background in social media and PR.
You’ll’ know how to balance storytelling with strategic thinking; With several years of experience under your belt, you’re comfortable leading projects, building engagement across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and crafting content that connects with different audiences. You've successfully grown brand awareness, nurtured influencer relationships, and know how to flex your tone depending on the brand or campaign.
You bring energy, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do. Whether you're briefing creatives, writing standout copy, or analysing performance metrics, you approach it all with enthusiasm and a commercial mindset. If you have a genuine interest in the beauty or lifestyle space and thrive in fast-paced, multi-brand environments, this could be the perfect next step.
