Brand new role at one of London's most exciting consumer tech companies in the financial services space. After raising a significant Series C fundraise, the team are growing fast and we're looking for an experienced product manager to join their World class Product team (product alumni of ex-Monzo, Wise, Meta...)
We're looking for an ambitious Product Manager who comes with deep experience in consumer facing (B2C) start up/scale up experience. You have a depth and breadth of experience building and shipping impactful products across web and mobile products for end consumers. This role is for builders and you'll start off as an IC, working with a dedicated cross functional team (incl. engineering, design & user research, data science, data analytics, pricing).
The role:
* High visibility role within the organisation. You'll sit within the most important revenue generating tribe of the business
* Your focus will centre around retention and engagement. This is working on the flagship product for the business, improving customer KPIs and driving revenue.
* Owning the roadmap for the team and acting as the driving force of understanding customer needs
* Building and launching (0 to 1) new revenue generating products
* Working closely with pricing & ops with wider cross functional stakeholder communication a big part of the role
About you:
* Minimum of 4 years product management experience found in B2C tech scale ups, with evidence of working with World class, fast paced teams
* A history of building and shipping impactful products to users. (Please folks, this evidence must be included in your CV)
* Deep understanding of user metrics (CLTV, ARPC etc)
* Highly data-driven with the ability to lead on analytics. High level of SQL a must and experience working with BI Tools - (tested in interview process)
* Huge bonus points if you come from a data analytics background - data analytics is highly desirable
* Degree/Msc from top 10 University/business school with strong preference for STEM subjects
This role is hybrid, which requires 3 days per week working in the office in London.
As part of the interview process you'll be expected to attend in person, in the office.
