We are working with our client on the outskirts of York to recruit an experienced Receptionist / Administrator who will provide administrative support to Sales, Management, and Course Tutors.
Principal Responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator
1. Reception duties, including managing phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.), welcoming visitors & delegates, hospitality, lunches, tidying, customer queries, office supplies/ordering.
2. Course booking administration.
3. Hotel bookings for candidates & staff.
4. Production of course handouts and presentation materials.
5. Post-course administration, including letters, processing certification, and creating & updating database records.
6. Petty Cash management.
7. Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
8. Providing administrative support to Management, Sales, and Course Tutors as required.
9. Assisting colleagues as needed.

3. Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
4. Excellent organisational skills.
Hours of Work
8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday
8am - 4.30pm Friday
