Following continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to strengthen their Building Surveying team with the addition of an ambitious and motivated Building Surveyor.

Essential
* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
* MRICS qualified (or working towards APC)
* Experience within commercial property consultancy or private practice
* Strong technical knowledge and report‑writing skills
* Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* Experience across both professional and project work
* Knowledge of the South West property market
* Ambition to progress within a growing regional consultancy
