Corporate Senior / Managing Associate – 4+ PQE – Surrey
Jameson Legal is working with a leading South East law firm that has a highly respected corporate practice. The firm is seeking a talented Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join its established team in Guildford.

You will advise on a wide variety of transactions, including mid-market M&A, private equity and venture capital deals, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work. The team supports a broad client base ranging from listed companies and large private groups to founder-led and fast-growing businesses.
The firm’s corporate team is recognised for the depth and quality of its work and is supported by specialist colleagues across tax, employment, finance, and commercial disciplines, enabling seamless delivery on every transaction.
The position would suit a technically strong, commercially astute lawyer with at least four years’ PQE gained at a respected City, national, or leading regional firm. You will have excellent drafting skills, the confidence to lead on matters, and a proactive approach to client management and business development. Experience supervising junior lawyers and managing complex workstreams will also be an advantage.
