Member Services Representative We currently have a number of vacancies within our Member Services team, including permanent and fixed term roles. We are looking for outstanding and confident communicators who will deal directly with our Members, helping them with the administration of their Mortgage and Savings accounts. You'll need to be willing to learn and develop. You will be confident speaking on the telephone and using other means of communication, including emails, and you will have strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail. You'll already be a confident IT user, and we will train you further in our software packages. You can see further details of the role requirements in the Job Description on our website.
