Customer Service Administrator - Belfast
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The impact you will have
Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting customers across the NHS, long‑term care facilities and private individuals by delivering outstanding customer service while providing administrative support to our Rental and Service Teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls and manage shared inboxes, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
* Schedule service and repair appointments for our field engineers.
* Maintain regular contact with field teams to monitor job progress and locations.
* Liaise with customers and relevant parties to resolve delays, queries, and keep everyone informed.
* Review completed jobs, issue quotations, and generate invoices.
* Assist with invoice queries and process credits where necessary.
* Keep customer records accurate and up to date across systems and spreadsheets.
* Provide administrative support across the department and to field staff when needed.
About You
* A good standard of education, including GCSEs in Maths and English.
* Previous experience in a customer service environment (SAP experience is a plus).
* Strong communication skills across all levels of the business.
* High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while following procedures.
* Clear and accurate information handling, with strong listening and questioning skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
