Document Review: Regularly reviewexisting HSE documentation to identify gaps redundancies andopportunities for improvement.
Regulatory Compliance:Stay current with local state and federal regulations and industrybest practices and update documents accordingly to maintaincompliance.
Communication: Collaborate with servicemanagers and employees to gather information and feedback ensuringthat documents reflect the most current safety and environmentalpractices.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyse HSE data toidentify trends and areas for improvement and translate findingsinto actionable document updates.
Reporting: Generatereports on HSE document compliance and performance presentingfindings to management.

Yourprofile
Bachelors degree in a relevant fielde.g. Environmental Science Occupational Health and Safety BusinessAdministration Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience in document development and management especiallyin an Health & Safety / Occupational Safety in UK orregulatory context.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulationsstandards and best practices for UK.
Attention to detailand ability to work independently.
Proficiency indocument management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical and problemsolving skills.
Familiarity withdata analysis tools
Certification in HSErelateddisciplines
