Job Description
3. Design, develop, and implement electrical, control, and instrumentation systems for manufacturing processes.
4. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of EC&I systems to ensure operational efficiency.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise system performance and resolve technical challenges.
7. Prepare and maintain documentation, including technical reports and system specifications.
8. Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
9. Provide technical advice to stakeholders and training to team members as required.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within engineering operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EC&I Engineer should have:
11. A degree or equivalent qualification in electrical, control, or instrumentation engineering.
12. Proven expertise in the industrial or manufacturing sector, with a focus on EC&I systems.
13. Strong knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements.
14. Experience in system design, installation, and maintenance within engineering environments.
15. Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
16. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in teams.
