We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and match drinks.
* Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to at all times.
* Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
* Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with health regulations.
* Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
* Manage stock levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality.
Skills
* Previous experience as a barista or in a similar serving role is advantageous.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
