ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider who's end client is in the Mobile Telecoms sector. We are assisting them with the search for a Change Manager on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement change strategies aligned with digital transformation goals.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to gain support and reduce resistance.
* Create and manage clear, engaging communication plans across various platforms.
* Conduct change impact assessments and devise plans to address challenges.
* Monitor organisational readiness and design interventions to boost adoption.
* Support training and development needs arising from digital initiatives.
* Track and report on change performance metrics.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of change practices and project delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in change management, ideally in digital transformation projects.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
* Confident problem-solver with a proactive, resilient approach.
* Telecommunications background (Essential).
