Key Responsibilities Include:
* Recruiting, inducting, and training staff in line with Subway standards—lead by example!
* Creating and managing staff schedules
* Checking deliveries, matching orders, and managing daily banking
* Preparing paperwork related to stock and sales, employee pay, and timesheets
* Managing cash flow and minimizing wastage
* Ensuring compliance with Subway and local regulations
* Inventory management, stock control, weekly stock takes, and reporting
* Analyzing sales and inventory data to improve business performance
* Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
* Implementing in-store marketing and promotional materials
* Following safety procedures to prevent injuries
* Providing a safe environment for staff and customers
* Encouraging high customer service standards among staff
* Handling escalated customer complaints
* Delivering excellent service in all customer interactions
