Service Administrator – Kings Lynn
My Client based in Kings Lynn is looking for a Service Administrator to join their team. The role mainly registers service calls, handles customer enquiries and allocates work to engineers.
Responsibilities
* Cost and complete engineers' worksheets on each service call completion.
* Process incoming invoices, checking rates and warranty conditions.
* Raise invoices for chargeable work.
* Check monitors.
* Assist with accrual.
* Support call handlers.
* Recover chargeable warranty costs.
* Cross‑charge costs where appropriate.
* Update customer portals daily with invoice information.
* Add engineers' worksheets to Siclops.
* Register service calls and emails.
* Allocate and distribute foster engineers' work.
* Allocate service calls to service partners.
* Order parts and issue quotes for repair work.
* Confirm parts on site.
* Check engineers' schedules to ensure they have work.
